All resources for sale at Inside Our Normal are digital resources and services. Nothing will be shipped.

Within 15 minutes of purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to download your items.

You will also receive access to your purchases through your account, using the user ID and password that you create when you purchase.

If you experience difficulty with a coupon code or special offer please contact us before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products Inside Our Normal does not offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail Cynthia @ insideournormal.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will do our best to make it right.
